Was the roofing replacement process a long one?
Mike contacted me on Saturday afternoon and came to my door wanting to look at my roof. I said go
ahead. I've had to replace several shakes in the last five or six years on it.
After we talked for a few minutes, he called the insurance company to set up a date. It was very simple.
They came over one day and were here about 20 minutes on the roof up there. They called me about a
week later and told me that it was approved. Then I got a check from them about two weeks later. It didn't
take very long.
It didn't take as long as I thought it would take to get the roof on. They were real efficient. It took them
four days to do it, all cleaned up and in real good shape.
